Alcholic Beverage Sales Policy:
Alcoholic Beverages may be sold and delivered
only to persons who are at least 21 years of age. When your alcoholic
beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required
to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years af
age.
Privacy Policy:
You may visit the Vivac Winery web site (www.vivacwinery.com)
without revealing your identity or any other information that is aggregated
to quantify the number of visits received, the aveage viewing time and
the pages viewed or services used. We may use this information to measure
the use of our site and to improve the quality of services and content
we provide to our users.
Any personal information that is asked for
on our site is information that will help us better serve your needs.
The sole purpose of this information is to provide the services that you
are asking for. We will not be sharing personal information with any parties
our side of Vivac Winery.

Material provided by Vivac Winery may be
used for Internal Revenue, Analysis and Research only. Any editing, reproduction,
publication, rebroadcast, public showing, public display or placement
on any website is forbidden & may violate copywrite laws. Material
made available such as text, photos, graphic, media kit, downloadable
photos and logo are all copywriten by Vivac Winery. You may not use anything
from this website without express writen consent from Vivac Winery. We
will prosecute to the fulest extent of the law.
Shipping & Returns:
Most orders will ship within 6 days of purchase.
We generally try to ship wine on Mondays and Teusdays so that your wine
will get to its destination without sitting in a warehouse over a weekend.
For expedited orders please call the winery and we can arrange for rapid
service.
Whenever possible we encourage you to use
a buisiness address for shipping to speed delivery and to ensure there
will be someone 21 years or older to sign for the package.
Very occasionally we have a package damaged
or mishandled by the freight carrier during delivery. Should this occur,
DONOT THROW AWAY the packaging (the freight company requires proof of
damage). Notify us immediately so that we will be able to rectify the
situation. We may ask for a digital photo of the damaged package, and/or
the package and its contents to be returned to us.
