Chocolates Ek-chuah is a small chocolate company owned and operated by Liliana Z. Padberg out of Dixon NM.  The dark chocolate used on our truffles is 73.5% cacao from Venezuela. Ek-chuah specializes in painted mold truffles, a process only done by a hand full of chocolatiers in the US.  We use only the highest quality ingredients from the chocolate to the essences and flavorings. The entire operation is hand made in small lots to ensure quality.
